WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
we will happily offer a return or swap on the goods as long as they are in perfect condition.
The goods may be returned or swapped if they:
*are in their original packaging*
*have not been worn / apart from being tried on*
*have no faults or marks on them*

If your goods meet this criteria, then CALL ME within 24 hours of your order being delivered, with your full order name & order number attached. In which we will provide a return shipping address you can ship the goods back to.
Once you have shipped the goods back to us, provide us with a tracking number and details.
once we have received the goods and met the return policy, we will then email you you your store credit or exchange the goods for your preferred size.

*IF A SIZE HAS SOLD OUT & A SWAP WOULD LIKE TO OCCUR YOU WILL BE ISSUED A STORE CREDIT AT THE ITEMS VALUE AT YOUR TIME OF PURCHASE*

DO YOU DO REFUNDS?
we do NOT do refunds, as all sales are final. a refund will only be issued unless a fault has occurred on our end, such as a product defect or fault.
